Monica Johnson, LMSW
Clinician

I am a licensed bilingual clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. I have provided therapy to adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. My experience also includes working with individuals involved in recovery court programs, supporting their journey toward lasting change and stability. My practice is grounded in a person-centered approach, and I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. As a Latina woman, I am deeply committed to increasing access to quality mental health care within the Latino community. I possess a strong understanding of the cultural factors influencing Latino mental health and, for the past decade, have facilitated a women’s support group for survivors of domestic violence. My passion for women’s issues is reflected in my extensive training in trauma and its effects on individuals and families. I strive to build genuine connections with my clients and value warmth and authenticity in my work. Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother of three boys and enjoy spending time with my family and our three dogs.

You got this. We're here to help.

Whether you have a pending court deadline, need your driver's license back, or are just ready for personal change, we'll help you navigate the next steps without judgment.
